Amongst an enormous pile of throw-away instrumental projects, surfaces a noteworthy album titled, Friends, by Chicago-based producer, JCW (short for James Chase Wilcox). The project features a total of 12 tracks that display a soul sample-heavy sound, making for a rather cohesive album. I can only assume that the title of each track makes reference to names of his close friends... but that's just a guess. Get acquainted.
