Mallz "That's How It Is" (Track)

North Carolina-based emcee, Mallz, has dropped the first single off of his upcoming album, Hustler Of Culture. The new track covers many of the elements heard in golden-era hip hop including sample-heavy production, which is provided by JMProductions, and a strict emphasis on lyricism. Mallz has managed to achieve a sound reminiscent of mid-nineties New York classics despite having grown up in closer to dirt roads and tobacco fields rather than project hallways and corner stores.

Lookout for Mallz's project, Hustler Of Culture, which is due out in October.
