Stones Throw artist, Homeboy Sandman, has just dropped his fifth full-length album, Hallways. This new project provides 12 tracks that consistently display Sandman's seemingly care-free delivery. Barely two minutes into his new single, Problems, he raps:
"I want to be done with this but I have to rhyme at least some of this. Other genres, you don't even really have to rhyme. Can't even understand what cats be saying half the time."
His sometimes unorthodox flow is paired with some equally boundary-pushing production from the likes of Jonwayne, Oh No, J57, DJ Spinna and a handful of others. Also, check for noteworthy guest appearances by Blu and J-Live. Be sure to sample the album here.
