Parker, also known as Dumbfoundead, is back from hiatus with a new music video for a track called, Shatto Park. The video is inspired by VH1's (or in MuchMusic, if you're Canadian) pop-up video concept, which was quite popular in the 90's. Good music and fun-facts. Can't go wrong.
